We have an opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Administration Clerk at our Clontarf Depot. Hours may vary, however, generally Monday to Friday; five (5) hours per day.

Key responsibilities will include administrative support to the Asset Manager, purchasing and receiving and payroll.  

The role:

  • Purchasing parts through existing suppliers and receiving them into the business
  • Engaging contractors for the maintenance of contractor management documentation
  • Filing and archiving of work orders and records
  • Assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the Clontarf Workshop Office and Spare Parts Room
  • Assisting the Asset Manager in the development of reports
  • Assisting in developing the agenda and taking minutes for fortnightly toolbox talks
  • Assisting in the processing of payroll, (time-sheeting) for the Asset Maintenance department
  • Maintaining contractors insurances and relevant compliance documentation 

About You:

  • Experience in an administrative role (essential)
  • Certificate level qualification in business or another administrative qualification (desirable)
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills with an intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Time Management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
