The right candidate would need to have 2 years minimum experience in a similar role and demonstrate knowledge and practical experience in the following tasks:

  • Events Management
  • Marketing
  • Filing
  • Answering phones
  • Assisting the Director
  • Assisting the Design Team
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers & contractors

The following experience is required:

  • Good typing & computer skills
  • Good Microsoft Word & Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent written & verbal skills

You must have strong communication and presentation skills and are a motivated individual with a professional attitude and team approach. You will be able to meet pressured deadlines and possess strong time management skills.

Australian citizenship and/or permanent residency is a must.
