The Faculty of Health Science, Youth and Community Studies is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated individual to join the administration team. The individual will be responsible for providing administrative, secretarial and receptionist support to staff within the Bachelor of Oral Health program which is offered at our Chadstone campus.
The individual will also provide front-line assistance, support and information to existing and prospective students / clients including maintaining industry relationships and partnerships through effective promotion of the Faculty.
Salary: $45,609 p.a. to $50,400 p.a. pro-rata (dependent upon qualifications and experience) + 9.5% superannuation + annual leave loading.
Time Fraction: Part time, 0.4 EFT, 30.4 hours per fortnight.
Location: Chadstone campus.
Position Status: Contract of employment to 31 December 2019 with a qualifying period.
