Are you a process driven administrator with at least 12 months experience to offer?

Morgan Consulting are proud to be partnering with a leading professional services firm in the search for a highly motivated administrator to join their filing team on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will receive on-the-job training in order to support Senior Operators in the business with all aspects of their filings. Duties will include:

  • Checking and confirming details of documents
  • Processing and reporting of deadlines
  • Assisting with the preparation of new files
  • Producing documents
  • Processing invoices
  • Updating client notes on the system
  • General admin where required - photocopying, manual filing etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 12 months experience in a similar role processing filing, document preparation or producing reports ideally within a legal or professional services environment. You will be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of MS Office and the proven ability to work under pressure and complete work to tight deadlines.

In addition, you will need to possess strong attention to detail skills - especially for spotting discrepancies. First-class customer service and communication skills are also essential in order to be successful in the role. Ideally, you will already have experience working in a records and document management environment and be able to transfer those skills to pick up new systems and procedures quickly.
