About the role

This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic experienced Project / Program Coordinator and who wants to use their skills to make a difference in youth education. The responsibilities for the Project / Programs Coordinator will be:

  •  to support Skilling Australia Foundation (SAF) and WPC Group in the operational management and delivery of SAF funded programs - ensuring targets are achieved
  • to engage with internal and external stakeholders as well as making sure the programs are well attended and are delivering positive outcome

Your tasks would be: 

  • Ensure program dates and targets are conveyed to relevant Departments (Recruitment & Sales / IC’s) 
  • Venues for each program are booked.
  • Facilitator for program and guest speakers are booked and properly briefed.
  • Updated report emailed to the relevant internal managers and stakeholders
  • In conjunction with facilitator prepare daily lesson plans including guest speakers, course facilitation, mock interviews and industry tours.
  • Work with Recruitment teams to identify suitable ‘talent pipeline suppliers’
  • Reports on programs outcome

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 5 years office work experience with at least 3 years project / programs experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
  • Participate as a highly motivated team player
  • Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
  • Be eligible and have the rights to work in Australia
  • Have a current valid driver's license
