Key Responsibilities:
- First line of contact with clients, organising bookings and scheduling jobs
- Preparing Job folders
- Typing quotes
- Processing jobs to be invoiced
- Managing OH&S documentation
- Coordinating inductions for employees
- Assisting with OH&S system management
- Assistant to Director, managing his calendar and other tasks
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent phone manner and excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in office administration
- Good analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- An ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to multi task and adapt to changes
- A pro-active and positive 'can-do' attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop
- An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times
- A candidate with experience in the building industry would be ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting packages such as Xero (intermediate)
- Strong computer skills would be an asset
- Experience with Workflow max or other project management software would be an advantage
