About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration
- Assist with Bookkeeping using MYOB
- Basic accounting experience in property leasing and rentals
- Exemplary communication skills, oral and written
- Excellent telephone manner
- General reception duties
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative
The successful applicant will be proactive and motivated, with excellent communications skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of MS Office applications is essential. Previous experience in an office environment and prior knowledge of MYOB will be advantageous.
