We are a global company, with strong international presence, situated in Perth Southern suburbs who currently looks for Office Administrator. Ideally, this person will have at least 5 years experience in provision of general administrative support and office duties. You will be able to work autonomously as well as be an integrated part of a dynamic sales team. This is a full-time role, 5 days a week. To be considered for this role, you have to possess strong work ethic and enthusiastic attitude.
Requirements
- Excellent MSO skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide full office support using our Zoho CRM system
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and maintain client orders
- Providing excellent customer service to our clients
- Process sales orders and provide administrative support
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Own a car and current driver's licence
- Motivated to learn about our products and our industry
