IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW- IMMEDIATE START $27-30 per hour + Super

Full time, short and long term assignments

We are currently seeking experienced candidates who we can confidently represent to some of our incredible profile of high level clients. You will pride yourself on your ability to be proactive, deal with high level stakeholders professionally and confidently, and able to understand new systems and software with ease.

  • High level Administrators Multiple immediate start temporary roles available- with a view to become permanent in some cases.

Responsibilities could include:

  • Managing business enquiries for busy CBD reception
  • Phone screening calls
  • Booking appointments
  • Diary Management (Outlook)
  • Liaise and follow up with clients as required
  • Confidential typing
  • Filing (hard and soft copies)
  • Occasional event coordination
  • Responsible for “Front of House”, meet and greet
  • Telephone reception
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Maintaining and managing meeting room set up and clean up
  • Other administration duties as required
  • Event coordination
  • Travel booking- international and national
  • Project coordination
