Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and construction industry and is currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Officer to join their dynamic and supportive Administration Team on a 3 Month Contract. Conveniently located in the Norwest Business Park, our client has modern and open offices with ample parking on-site. This organisation places emphasis on creating opportunity for its employees, in this role you will receive all the support necessary to be successful in your new position.

The Opportunity

This is a fast paced Sales Support role that is responsible for assisting the sales and customer service teams in the processing of orders, invoicing and any other Administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the division. Looking to start in the first week of August 2018, this role is a 1-2 month contract.

The Role

As the Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Account Managers and Sales Managers with invoicing, quoting and general administrative duties.
• Create orders and quotations through SAP system.
• Development of reports, presentations and collation of documentation for meetings.
• Other general administrative duties and reporting as required. 

To be successful in this position, the below skills and experience are required:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Clear and open communication and ability to support a fast paced sales division.
• SAP experience essential.
