Cromwell Property Group is seeking an Administrator to support the administrative function of the Retail Funds Management operations and sales team on a part time basis (22.5 hours per week).

Responsible for performing general administration tasks, this role will be required to liaise with advisors and investors whilst keeping contact details updated in the CRM database.
 

Key Accountabilities:

  • General administration tasks such as electronic and hard copy filing, mail preparation and processing;
  • CRM database maintenance;
  • Data entry;
  • Keeping advisor and investor contact details updated;
  • Liaising with advisors and investors to complete fund applications, redemptions, transfers and distributions;
  • Source and provide statements and transactional documents for investors and advisors.

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in an office or administrative role

 

The successful candidate will have knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and drafting letters. Ability to take ownership of files and projects and manage associated documentation is necessary. Sound computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential, as is time management, customer service and effective communication skills.
