An excellent opportunity for a casual Receptionist has emerged at the Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) Group. The AGPAL Group delivers accreditation and support services across the health and human service continuum in Australia.

Based at the Brisbane Office you will ensure reception functions are managed effectively and in a timely manner. Providing high level customer service to the satisfaction of the internal and external stakeholders will be the key requirement of the role.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering and distributing all incoming telephone enquiries
  • Preparing and distributing practice accreditation packages, and product orders as required
  • Coordinating all purchasing, including regular stocktake of stationery and kitchen supplies
  • Administering office equipment maintenance
  • Administration support to all business units, including data entry, mail outs, scanning, as required

The successful candidate must possess:

  • Minimum of one to two years' experience in Reception and Administration Support
  • Proficient with MS Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Advanced typing skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, spoken and written communication skills
