An exciting new opportunity exists to join one of NSW’s top home builders in the role of Pre-Construction Administrator in our Dubbo Office.
Reporting to the Pre-Construction & Drafting Manager, this person will be the central contact point for clients during the entire process of home building.
Your New Role
- Assist clients with any queries during the construction process;
- Follow-up in relation to the completion, receipt and/or submission of documentation relating to, but not limited to: banks, engineers, valuers, solicitors, councils;
- Compile contract documents;
- Liaise with Consultants and request reports as and when required; and
- Provide support to ensure efficient flow of projects from deposit through to construction;
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Strong Administration Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Technically savvy individual with a high level of professional resourcefulness
- Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
