We are an Award winning venue with a reputation for exceptional food and service and looking for the right person to fill this very important role for our business.
Applicant Criteria :
- A friendly, confident personality with excellent customer service experience
- Well presented with a professional and confident phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills
- Minimum typing speed of 60wpm with a high level of accuracy
- Work well independently and as a team player
- Be highly organised, efficient and accurate
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Suitable for mature age
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
- Responding to all calls and email enquiries for bookings.
- Generate computer based customer bookings. Training of our user friendly software provided.
- Communicating with customers from their first point of contact through to finalisation of their booking.
- Liaising with our Front of House Team to ensure out customers receive service above their expectations.
Shared roll with some full time weeks leading into a full time position on performance. Immediate start.
