The Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources is a leading provider of education and research that examines the relationship between employees and employers, and role of people in work . The Department has a strong and active research focus particularly in the areas of employment relations, human resource management and organisational behaviour.

The opportunity
We are currently searching for an Administrative Support Officer that will be required to provide general administrative support to the day-to-day operations of the Department. The position will support the general administrative duties of a large Department, coordinate on-boarding of new staff and HDR students and support HR processes.

This is a continuing, part time (60%) position based at the Nathan campus.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have well developed administrative and organisational skills. In addition, you will have a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. To be successful in this role you will require ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary range
HEW Level 4: $59,788 - $63,169 (pro rata) per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $69,952 - $73,908 (pro rata) per annum.
