 About the opportunity

Uniting Counselling and Mediation has been supporting families for 35 years. We help people find new hope and new beginnings through our professional, community based counselling and mediation services. 

We’re looking for someone who is as exceptional as the people we support to join our Centre as a Part Time Senior Administration Assistant. We want to know who you are and what your passion is because we know how important it is that you love what you do.

Working Tuesday - Friday, 56 hrs/pw we are looking for someone who can provide high level day to day admin support to the program manager along with other staff so that we can continue to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

About You
  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of business process ideology, including understanding of policies and their application
  • Experience in financial management systems
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and prioritising skills
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, attention to detail
