Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage office facilities and office equipment needs
  • Support project management on Facilities projects – office fit-outs & upgrades
  • Conference, Seminar and Social Event management and coordination: overall responsibility for ensuring events are proposed, planned, booked and executed effectively
  • Day to day manage reception and phones; handle mail and couriers; expense administration
  • PA support to management team as required
  • Company Secretarial Document Management. Coordinating signatures, scans, filing and distribution to Legal. NDA management
  • Internal Communications local & global liaison. Prepare or support local participation in global initiatives, company events, communications updates and content.
  • Manage and deliver Company Charitable Program (GIVE)
  • Prepare Induction Manuals. Train local new hires on office facilities & staff programs

The successful candidate will have:

  • 4+ years' experience in general office administration
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong interpersonal and administration skills
  • A positive attitude and solutions oriented approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines
