Outotec is currently seeking an experienced Service Coordinator ( 6 months Contract ) to provide a comprehensive range of business support services and solutions  in the South-East Asia Pacific (SEAP) Market Area.

Based in West Perth, Australia this role will report to the Service Coordination Supervisor and will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Customer Service calls, scheduling, report formatting, planning, travel logistics , invoicing, timesheet entry, Site mobilisation including inductions, medicals, tickets, visas/work permits and site access
  • Develop, generate and management of Service contracts and proposals
  • Service contract portfolio management to include renewal tracking
  • Monitor costs on jobs and job margins
  • General customer contact and phone support for Field service personnel
  • Negotiate escalated customer issues/queries
  • Internal service coordination with sales, projects etc.
  • Support of site service processes and procedures.
  • Cost control and supervision of site service purchasing and invoicing including debtors.
  • Support Site Account Management , Field Service management team and Service Co-Ordination Supervisor
  • Assist with spare parts quotes
  • Liaise with Spares Department
  • Send Pulse Surveys
  • Service reports sent to customer timely

This role is best suited to those who are self-motivated, proactive with a positive attitude, where no task is too big or small. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Between 2 to 4 years experience in administrative duties preferably within a services related business.
  • Experience in utilising and coordination of casual and technical resources
  • Experience in travel/logistics coordination to customer mine sites within Australia and overseas
  • Skills in SAP, MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Experienced in resource planning for work that is performed on customer mine sites both within Australia and overseas
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills as well as organisation and time management skills.
  • Good financial understanding
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to prioritise and progress many tasks in parallel
  • Ability to work closely and cooperatively with all members of the Customer Support team
  • Have an awareness of site safety requirements
  • Meticulous eye for detail
