You will be required to, but not limited to:

  • Analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make fast, professional and effective decisions
  • Schedule, co-ordinate and facilitate of all the Jobs to be completed by the team for all customers
  • Build Tasks for insurance repairs
  • Maintain & Build relationships/rapport with tradesman/suppliers and the customers
  • Entering, maintaining and managing tasks from start to finish
  • Maintaining the flow of works to the highest of standards
  • Data Entry into our Job Management System (AROFLO)
  • order materials for tasks and follow up if required.
  • Scheduling works with exceptional customer service to all customers
  • General Administration functions
  • Organising and co-ordinating of all Personnel/Tradesmen
  • Product ordering for upcoming jobs if required
