Work for an organisation that makes a difference!  This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to work for a leading organisation that has established itself across all states of Australia with it's significant dealings of major charity programs. 

Reporting to the Administration Officer, the Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently and will be the "face" of the company's office situated in Glendenning, greeting all guests on arrival.  This is a job share position, working 3 days (Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays) - Hours:  8:30am - 5pm. (30min lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer the company phone lines and door buzzer professionally and courteously, connect callers and visitors with employees. 
  • Check voice mail and distribute messages as appropriate.
  • Meet and greet visitors to the office presenting a professional image.  Direct deliveries and visitors as appropriate.
  • Maintain the Reception area so that it is clean and tidy and well organised at all times.
  • Manage office supplies including ordering of stationery and other related items.
  • Prepare outgoing company mail and accept incoming mail daily, sorting and distributing mail to employees.
  • Ordering of lunches for company's meetings when required.
  • Printing & laminating of labels for company's team members.
  • General administrative activities as required.
  • Accepting payments of company's Agency accounts.
  • Office email.
  • Assisting with confirmation calls for attendance to major Corporate groups, gaining specific information of numbers attending functions.
  • Data entry

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation
  • Can multi-task and prioritise issues
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Internet & Word (Technically advanced)
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Good customer focus and service skills
