The Opportunity

Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a well-known Catholic College.  They have a fantastic reputation and are seeking a friendly and dynamic receptionist to join their tight-knit team on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis.

The Role

This role will be based on reception and will be providing customer service to visitors and students. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries. This is your opportunity to be the face of a fantastic College and to become the go-to for visitors and students alike!

Duties

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors
• Attend the switchboard, answering and transferring calls
• Take messages when required
• Answer student queries
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the administration team when required

The Candidate

This is a fantastic chance to work with a small but supportive and friendly team. This role will suit someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing customer service. In order to be considered you must have;

• Customer service and administration experience
• Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Outlook, in particular)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, friendly demeanour with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
