The Client Support Coordinator works together with the Sales team to deliver an awesome customer experience to your very own portfolio of SEEK's Clients.  

Sitting within our Customer Service Client Support Team, this is an opportunity for someone who truly loves to go that extra mile for their customers, loves to innovate and improve their workplace and who is in their element when managing multiple priorities and (sometimes tricky!) stakeholders.  

Not only are you the go-to person for all things customer service, but you transcend your average transactional customer service experience and offer a positive, proactive, intuitive approach to solving problems and adding value for your customers. 

Must Haves

  • You have previous experience in working with stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Mature in your approach
  • A natural ability to trouble shoot and remain calm under pressure
  • Good time management, prioritisation and follow-up
  • A knack with Microsoft Office and especially Excel
  • Experience with working towards firm deadlines
  • An ability to manage customer complaints with patience and understanding
  • A problem solver by nature
  • A lateral thinker who loves to be proactive and one step ahead by anticipating what your clients' needs will be
  • Someone who loves to work within a team and is always willing to lend a hand and share the load
