Customer Service Order Processing

Your new company
This is a well established medical devices company who are based in Macquarie Park, due to a period of extended leave they are looking for an accurate order processor and customer service professional to join their existing team of two.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a busy email Inbox with orders from customers across Australia
  • Processing orders into in-house CRM system
  • Following up with warehouse and couriers to track progress of orders
  • Taking phone calls from customers for same day requests and queries over deliveries
  • Investigating queries over order quality, amounts and dispute resolution
  • Processing p/o numbers
  • Processing Invoices
  • Travel management including hotel and flight booking for field sales team of 18 across Australia


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this job you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • A clear and confident communication style over the telephone and in writing
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work accurately at all times
  • Be confident dealing with internal departments and employees
  • A proficient IT user including M/S Office and CRM systems in particular SAP
  • Be inquisitive and confident to ask for assistance and guidance when needed


What you'll get in return
This job will start as a temporary position but will convert to a minimum 12 month fixed term contract for the right candidate. The company is close to public transport links and also offers free on site parking. Hours of work are Monday to Friday and based on full time hours of 37.5 per week.
