The Job
To assist us in our mission, we currently require a dedicated and efficient part-time Administrative Officer to join our outstanding Administration Team in our Toowoomba office.
The position is a permanent, part-time position, for three (3) days (22.8 hours) per week.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a committed team of professionals, assisting our wider team by providing quality and timely administrative support services.
While the job is part-time at present, there is scope for additional hours in the future.
You
To be eligible to apply, you must possess the following attributes:
1) At least three (3) years experience working in a busy customer service team, including reception duties;
2) Excellent proficiency in each of the following Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook;
3) Fast and accurate data entry experience;
4) A proven team player with exceptional time management skills; and
5) A driver's licence.
