An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Aftermarket Purchasing team by maintaining databases, updating KPI’s, tracking purchasing performance and undertaking transactional data entry work.
This role is responsible for provision of operational support to the aftermarket purchasing department by timely update to prices of parts, completing sourcing activities, reporting key department metrics, and the ongoing maintenance of databases related to cost reduction management – in an aim to maximise Uptime for customers.
We are seeking a candidate who has an interest in the procurement profession and who is continuously looking for opportunities to improve process. The ideal candidate has good communication skills; written & verbal, problem solving skills, and strong data management skills. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint and experience within an administrative environment is preferred.
