About the business
We are a well established land development company based centrally in East Perth .
Our office hours are from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Remuneration will be dependant on the level of experience and skill set of the successful applicant which will be discussed further at interview.
About the role
- Reception duties;
- Scanning invoices and data entry;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Control and reconcile company credit cards;
- Processing and reconciliation of rental properties (commercial);
- Banking (back up);
- Responsible for maintaining water & shire rates for over 20 companies;
- Backup to Office Manager & A/P Clerk;
- Filing;
- Processing of land sales.

Skills and experience
- To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 3 years experience in an office environment;
- You will have a current drivers licence;
- High level of trust and reliability;
- Attention to detail a "must";
- Intermediate to advance MYOB, Word and Excel experience.
