About the Role

  • Answering calls
  • Contracts and extensions
  • PAYG and Pty Ltd paper work
  • Onboarding new contractors
  • Formatting CV’s
  • League tables and weekly board stats
  • Manual data entry
  • Preparing internal reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Credit card reconciliation
  • Supporting Accounts with candidate/client chasing and communication
  • Taking references when needed
  • Booking travel for internal staff

About You

  • Previous experience in administration
  • Strong administration skills - MS Office, outlook
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Establish positive working relationships with stakeholders quickly
  • Friendly and positive, can-do attitude
  • Outstanding customer service skills
