This is a well respected and well established property/construction firm based in North Sydney. They remain family owned/feel even at mid size and have a fantastic reputation for their positive working environment and culture.

The business is split across both big-ticket residential and commercial property construction with some of the most well known projects in Sydney to their name! This company are often the envy of their competitors due to the excellent culture, tenure of their staff and opportunities within.

A rare and amazing opportunity
 has presented itself to work in a varied and busy Reception/Administration role within stunning newly built offices! 

Both previous Receptionists have been promoted within other areas of the business - this is a company that promotes growth from within! 

Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Management of the Reception desk, including meeting and greeting all guests and visitors into the office
  • Assisting with overflow project based work with the Marketing, HR and Executive teams 
  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls
  • Meeting room management
  • Ad hoc Administration support for the other departments
  • Assist with booking travel (domestic and national) for employees
  • Assist with invoicing 
  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients
About you:
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Previous Reception/Administration experience (1 year +) 
  • Exceptional communication skills and a bubbly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills
