The Position
Based at Eagle Farm, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of customer service, sales and administration support to the Aluminium Products division. You will process orders and enquiries in an accurate, efficient and timely manner whilst engaging with internal stakeholders to proactively resolve issues as they arise. You will gain a wide range of product and technical knowledge and provide behind the scenes support to our account manager's as well as maintain and generate reports.
About You
You have found your niche in developing and applying best practice selling skills and rapport with clients, whilst being skilful in juggling priorities. Ideally you have had some previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing/production environment. You are familiar and competent in using Microsoft office and shine in situations where you are working with numbers and using your written and verbal communication skills. When faced with a problem you have developed a strong reputation due to your ability to exercise sound judgement and offer solutions. Ultimately you are looking for a new beginning within a great team environment where you will be valued and recognised with the opportunity for career advancement.
