Offering an exciting online service connecting customers to transporters all across Australia, this business is expanding rapidly, and needs your skills and outstanding customer service techniques to assist with client/trade registrations and general enquiries.
Your day will involve:
- Promptly responding to phone and email enquiries
- Confirming registration details with clients, including type of freight and regions to service
- Converting clients from trials to memberships and populating the database
- Outbound follow up calls to freight/transportation companies
- Following up with clients on the useability/success in using the website
- Some troubleshooting issues
