We are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant with health/spa management experience.
- PA to the Director
- Facilitating day to day workflow
- Creating infrastructure
- Innovating new services

Australian Centre for Natural Medicine in Miami provides Natural Medicine services to clients with a range of health and wellness needs. We provide services to the general public in a private clinic setting including acupuncture, naturopathy and integrative health management.
Engagement:
- 3 month Contract
- Contractor or Casual
- Position is a recruitment role with potential for permanent part-time or full-time employment
- Opportunity to complete some of the work load from home office
- Hours of Work: Monday through Friday office hours - minimum 8 hours. Likely expansion of role and hours based on experience, competency, capacity to work independently up 28-40 hours per week.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential:
- Experience in similar role
- Professional Personal Assistant/Administration

Proven capacity to work independently, complete projects and meet targets

Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal and writing skills.

Computer literacy with word-processing and data base programs, e.g. Microsoft office, clinical software (Nookal and Xero), audit tools or similar.

Interest in Natural Therapies
Desirable:
- Queensland drivers licence

Experience in a natural medicine clinic or Spa e.g. Acupuncture, Naturopath, Integrative Medicine or Chiropractic etc
