A successful Direct Marketing / Mailing business in the Western suburbs requires a talented Excel Operator for their busy operation.

About the role:

As an Excel Operator you will be responsible for the accurate data processing of our clients data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process client supplied data in accordance with job brief details.
• Ensure that all quality procedures are followed and final output is checked as per the quality system requirements.
• Work closely with key business stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Attend client meetings to provide technical support for the Account Manager.
• You will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide technical support for internal staff as required.
•  Install new software and hardware.

The Required Skills:

Essential:-

• Microsoft Office suite (2003/2007/2010) with a high level of proficiency in Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solving and work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable:-

• Ability to write programs in at least one of VB.net, C# or VBA for MS Access.
• Groovy programming skills.
• Mail House experience is highly desirable.
• Adobe Creative Suite.
• GMC Software.
• PrintShop Mail Software.
• Datatools Software (Twins and FPC).
• Windows Server and Networking.
