About the Role:

Showroom Coordinator/ Receptionist will support the day to day running of the office and ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
You will support the showroom, company leadership team, sales team, plan and co-ordinate events for all type of clients.
About You:
  • Ensure Showroom and displays are neat and tidy and promote product and brand image always. As you will be the face of the company all customer enquiry’s, and needs need to be met promptly and with enthusiasm.
  • Maintaining a strong level of product knowledge after in house training
  • Organize showroom and office maintenance requests as needed
  • Proactively assist sales team and customers across all forms of communication, phone, email and face to face at the showroom
  • Assist with variously administrative support tasks as required.
  • Facilitate and effectively sample and brochure requests for customers in showroom and online requests
  • Keep customers updated with product information
  • Maintain communication between Clients, prospects, warehouse staff and GM
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships
  • Client, customer and company satisfaction
  • Software SAP experience is essential

Experienced knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
