The Opportunity

One of Australia's most renowned ASX Listed Co's are currently seeking a meticulous Executive Assistant who can support their phenomenal Managing Director. This hands-on role will suit a confident & astute Assistant who understands the complexities of supporting an extremely driven & energetic executive who expects perfection.     


Your new role
 
Your day to day will incorporate:
  • Extensive diary management
  • Compiling & drafting the various communication 
  • Manage any filing systems
  • Facilities management of office
  • Coordinate any personal errands 
  • Meet & greet any VIP guests

What you Need
  • The ideal candidate for the rare & enviable opportunity will possess outstanding communication capabilities
  • Must have a stable career history 
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Impeccable presentation essential
  • Phenomenal attention to detail & you'll need to be a perfectionist
  • Ideally, come from a corporate finance or legal environment
  • 5 years plus experience as an EA within a corporate office environment
