About the role

  • Data entry in both MYOB and Xero
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Job costing
  • Budget Reporting
  • Budgeting
  • Filing
  • Creating of policies and procedures
  • Transcribing of audio files and preparation of written documentation
  • Proof reading and editing documents
  • Assist with a range of projects direct marketing, mail our, competitions, market research
  • Provide personal assistant services to CEO 
  • Any other administration and accounts duties as requested.

Skills and experience

we are looking for

  1. Experience or willing to learn MYOB and Xero accounting software (an advantage)
  2. Proficient in Word and Excel Skills
  3. IT Savvy with G suite is huge advantage
  4. Ability to communicate to a diverse range of people
  5. Strong written communication essential
  6. High level of data entry accuracy
  7. Attention to detail in all areas of work
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  9. Desirable but not essential interest in social media, blogging, utube, designing etc

Who we are looking for?

  • Committed to complete a 12 month Business or Bookkeeping Traineeship
  • Positive non-judgemental and professional attitude
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated and WANTS to work full time
