About the Role
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist who is able to multitask and work on various ad-hoc administration duties as required for a temporary asignment located in the North-Western Suburbs of Adelaide. This position will suit someone that is confident and has the flexibilty to reprioritise tasks at short notice. Throughout your assignment you will be required to work Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm.
Skills & Experience
- Recent experience in a combined Reception and Administrative Assistant role
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Flexible and available at short notice and on call
- Proficient in the Microsoft office suite
- Excellent typing speed
- Professional, friendly telephone manner
- Fast learner and able to use initiative
- Great multi tasking skills
- All successful candidates will be required to undertake a compulsory online workplace health and safety induction and skills testing.
