MAYDAY is calling for an experienced Team Assistant to join a global medical company who are rapidly expanding their ANZ footprint. This role sits within the Marketing Team, assisting the Director of Marketing and 15 team members.

The company has a start up feel so there's an amazing opportunity for the right person to bring their own flavour to the role, shape how policies are communicated, implement procedures, and work closely with the leaders of the business.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and organise functions, training, conferences and events, including catering, venue, speakers and bookings
• National conference event and trade show administration and management
• Varying diary and travel management
• Email and administration support for the Marketing team
• Managing the on-boarding process for new employees
• Processing invoices
• 1st point of contact for marketing queries, internal and external
• Document and tender preparation
• Project coordination and support 
• Accommodating any other needs of the organisation 

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Have experience in supporting a team or as an EA
• Have a friendly, outgoing personality and not be afraid to probe to get more information
• Be willing to jump in and assist where ever needed
• Have excellent computer and diary management skills
• A 'can-do' attitude
• A mind for trouble shooting
• Marketing support highly desirable
