What will you do?

  • Manage daily administration activities i.e. scheduling work, managing client calls, time sheet management and purchasing
  • Managing and maintaining client portals, invoicing, managing work orders in order to meet client KPI's
  • Follow up and review sub-contractor status and paperwork
  • Assist with monthly job and client reporting
  • Data entry and database management

 

What will you bring?

  • Previous experience in a Service/Work Coordinator position preferably in Air Conditioning &/or Fire
  • Well-developed verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional organisational and administration skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrate a positive, proactive, professional approach with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your work
