This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Manager based in Melbourne. On offer is a base salary of up to $80,000 + super. What you will be doing?


As a valued member of the team, you will have a significant impact on the company by assisting the hands-on General Manager to streamline and improve operations across the business. You will provide a high level of administration support including quoting and data entry as well as the managing the scheduling, management and allocation for the service team nationally. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks will ensure your success in this fast-paced environment and see you fit right into this dynamic and successful team. This is an autonomous role and requires someone who highly oraginsed with the ability to multi-task. You will work closely with the sales and service team to ensure success and you will be given all the necessary tools to achieve results.

What you must have to apply for this role:

  • A number of years experience in administration/contract management role
  • Pro-active attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Polished presentation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong administration and data entry skills.
