The role
Urban Psychology seeks a reliable permanent part-time office administrator for 15 hours per week (5 hours x 3 days). The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks and report to the Operations Manager at our Ringwood offices. The administrator will support the clinical team to work efficiently and must be competent in prioritising duties and working with little supervision. Initiative, motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle private and confidential data is essential.

The requisites
We seek -
- Proven experience as an office administrator.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and familiar with office management procedures.
- A keen learner who can shift priorities as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate the needs of the organisation.
- Enjoys a team environment but also takes initiative and works well independently.
- Skilled with IT and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Has a current driver's licence.
- Professional, punctual and prepared.
