Our customer base is at the discerning end of Architectural and Interior Design sectors throughout Australia & New Zealand. Our clients partner with us because we provide them; and their clients the very best and latest in European Architectural hardware design.
Having experienced significant growth over the last 4 years, we are seeking to add to our Customer Service / Sales Support team a full time smart, self-motived customer service orientated professional to help take us to an even higher level of success.
About the role
As one of our Customer Service / Sales Support Specialists you will work directly with our customers and sales staff to fully service their needs.
- Taking showroom, telephone and email enquiries from customers
- General data entry and administration tasks, orders / invoices, filing etc.
- Providing sales and technical information to the market
- Liaise directly with builders and clients pertaining to ETA's and delivery
- Support and work hand in hand with our sales reps
- Work directly with all members of the organisation to achieve the best outcome for the customer
This role is ONLY suitable for those who believe in providing the very best customer service and sales support , and are up for the challenge. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, creative, hands on; who has a "can do" attitude, and who is product aware. In other words, a real customer service gun who has worked with products before. With a direct and indirect sales organisation to work with- there is never a dull moment.
