Part-Time Administration Position

An office all-rounder is needed on a part-time basis (8 to 12hrs per week) based in Lawnton.

The hours are flexible and could be tailored to suit the successful applicant’s requirements.

If you are looking for a diverse part-time administration role within a small team then this could be the role for you.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Data entry
  • Filing and general office duties
  • Processing payroll
  • Liaising with customers, responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable follow up
  • Booking and dispatching orders
  • Stock ordering

 To be considered for the role you will meet the following criteria:

  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Experience in all facets office administration an advantage
  • MS Office computer skills essential and MYOB experience would be regarded highly
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
