Part-Time Administration Position
An office all-rounder is needed on a part-time basis (8 to 12hrs per week) based in Lawnton.
The hours are flexible and could be tailored to suit the successful applicant’s requirements.
If you are looking for a diverse part-time administration role within a small team then this could be the role for you.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Data entry
- Filing and general office duties
- Processing payroll
- Liaising with customers, responding to phone and email enquiries
- Invoicing and accounts receivable follow up
- Booking and dispatching orders
- Stock ordering
To be considered for the role you will meet the following criteria:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Experience in all facets office administration an advantage
- MS Office computer skills essential and MYOB experience would be regarded highly
- Great verbal and written communication skills
