We have a vacancy for someone with a passion for servicing our valued customer base at our Port Melbourne office. We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic customer service and sales support administrator to join our team. 

This role is the primary customer interface for quoting, order entry, processing purchase orders on suppliers, managing sales orders and post sales activities.

This is a full time position.  Hours of work are 37.5 per week, between the hours of 9.00 and 5.00pm, Monday through Friday.

Your New Role

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Validation of Purchase Order requirements, order processing, management and prioritisation through to invoice, delivery, post-delivery problem resolution and reporting
  • Review of our supplier systems to meet customer expectations for on-time shipment.
  • Portfolio familiarisation and developing a broad understanding of Image Label Systems products and services.
  • Initiate and/or maintain effective communications with suppliers and customers regarding supply status.

About You

Your skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service related role
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/non-verbal)
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a small team environment, including willingness to undertake tasks outside normal duties as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service focus with the ability to demonstrate effective communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite
  • A proactive approach and a high level of initiative
  • The ability to handle complex problems and situations

You will also need to be flexible to handle changing work demands; enjoy working as part of a small team; have the ability to work autonomously.  In return you will work with a supportive team and have the opportunity for further training and career progression.
