Our client is looking for an experienced, energetic and creative Administrator (not PA or EA) with a passion for projects and learning new systems and tools. In addition to supporting both an office environment and senior management with a number of varied tasks and projects, you will have a background in software, with advanced knowledge of extracting information by running SQL data queries and manage user account administration.

You will manage all aspects of scheduling, reporting, facility management, travel planning, event coordination, meeting preparation and management, on-boarding personnel, etc.

To be successful you must be able to work autonomously, be confident in your ability to manage multiple tasks and meet the following selection criteria:   

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Administration or Business is preferred
  • 4+ years of experience with strong administration and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel Power queries (knowledge of Spotfire and Excel Data Query Module is ideal).
  • Advanced computer software expertise with knowledge of SQL data queries (Alteryx, MS Access would be ideal).
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to liaise with a variety of individuals.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Highly developed attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven time management skills and the ability to constantly change priorities.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience working in a large industry environment is advantageous (Oil & Gas industry would be ideal).
