We are looking for strong administrators with intermediate to advanced skills!
Looking for temporary work within an office support environment? We are looking for qualified Administrators who are willing to be available upon request for temporary positions across the Northern suburbs.

What you’ll need to be considered You will have the ability to work well under pressure with proven experience in a similar role. Excellent attention to detail and Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are desired. Some duties included are
• Data extraction and data entry
• Collating and recording information from contracts
• Processing reports
• Maintaining the filing system
• Liaise with internal and external clients
• Assisting with various projects
• Following up queries and enquiries via email and phone
