Are you trained and experienced as a book keeper, but looking for a little bit more of a challenge? Then this job is for you!
We need a trustworthy, intelligent, efficient and hard-working superstar who can hit the ground running to take over this role. The current employee is moving on after 5 years in the role and we need a replacement.
You'll be working as the trusted right hand of our CEO who runs two very different companies (property investment company and youth development) as well as a few other projects, and there will never be a dull moment!
Skills required:
- Microsoft office / Google apps
- Xero (including payroll)
- Skype
- Excellent personal organisation & time management
- Excellent typing speeding
- Attention to detail
- Fast learning
Experience required:
- Min 6 years in the workforce
- Bookkeeping experience including payroll
- Budgeting experience
- MYOB/Xero
- Writing correspondence
Qualifications required:
- Bookkeeping qualification
- Business Administration qualification
Work from a beautiful canal home. Applications close 9am on Tuesday, 24 July 2018. You will be required to use your personal laptop for this position. You will also be required to have your own vehicle as our office isn't near any public transport and you will be required to complete tasks that are outside the office.
