Hydromet has been providing services to Councils, Water Authorities and large Water Organisations for 25 years specialising in Pipe Valves and Fitting Design and Construct in 316 Stainless Steel.
We are looking for an Enthusiastic Accounts person capable of being across many facets of our business and who have extensive MYOB experience .
The position is not limited to, but includes all AP and AR , Data entry, Reconciliations, Monthly BAS ,Inventory upkeep , who ideally has some knowledge in the Plumbing Industry and a knowledge of Auto Builds but not absolutely essential.

Daily Data Entry

Accounts Receivable & Payables

Customer Invoicing

General Administration Tasks

Completion of Monthly BAS

Occasional Warehouse Duties including Dispatch, Front of Counter Contact, or assisting in the building of Valves or similar.

Previous experience in an Office Management role is preffered

Proven skills in the use of MYOB.

Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems

Proven Time Management skills and the ability to problem solve and prioritise a range of duties.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
