Admin/Sales Assistant

About The Role
We are looking for an Administrative/Sales Assistant to join our team. You will be well presented, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion and used to a demanding environment.
Responsibilities
This is a dynamic support role, which will require you to  liaise with all internal and external stakeholders, assist with sales inquiries and provide quality administrative assistance to the sales team as required. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

  •  Process sales orders
  •  Providing reporting to customers for backorders 
  •  Invoicing monthly for all services work
  •  Processing of incoming and outgoing daily mail
  • Responding to queries from staff. This includes transferring calls and providing messages to the appropriate staff member
  • Full responsibility for the management of Accounts Payable and Receivable using MYOB

Required Experience Specific to this role

  • Demonstrated experience managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience using the MYOB accounting software is preferred
  • Experience with ConnectWise would be preferred but is not essential
  • Good problem solving, strategic thinking and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A warm and professional phone manner with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to genuinely connect with, understand and help people.
  • An aptitude for technology, and can do attitude.
  • Attention to detail and a pride in quality of work.
  • Australian Permanent Resident
