An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join the team in a Customer Service & Administration capacity - speaking with top tier clients within the technology industry! 

Duties to include but are not limited to:

• Take orders, order processing
• Issue invoices, follow up with clients and input into system
• Managing returns
• Answering client queries by phone and email in a timely manner
• Offering excellent customer service
• Ad hoc administration as required

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Previous experience in an Administration/Customer Service capacity
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent Communication skills
