Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated office administrator, to join our fast growing team who is energetic, switched on, experienced and can work both independently and as a part of a team.
This role would be best suited to an individual that has had previous experience working as an administrator within an accounting practice or similar.
Due to the intensity of the role a TAFE qualification in Business Administration or similar with experience in MYOB AO, Accounting platforms Xero and MYOB, Word, Excel is preferred.
Duties Included but not limited to
· Answering Incoming Calls and General Reception Duties
· General Administration and Office Duties Including Maintaining Office Stationery and Amenities Supplies
· Mai In / Out
· Assisting with incoming call enquires
· Providing PA services to the practice Principal
· Scheduling and Managing appointments and meeting rooms
· Lodging Income Tax Returns and Business Activity Statements
· Supporting a team of Accountants, Financial Planners and Mortgage Brokers
· Filing and Maintaining Records
· General administrative duties as required
· Providing exceptional customer service at all times
We require
· Minimum3 years’ experience in an administration role.
· Excellent Presentation, Communication Skills & Telephone Manner
· Experience in dealing with a wide variety of customer
· Sound Computer Skills and Proficient typing abilities
· A Strong Team Player
· Solid MS Outlook, Word & Excel
· As table & proven background in small office administration
· A down to earth, personable manner & a team player
· A positive & hardworking approach to your work
· Be able to Multitask
· Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Hours for this position will be 37.5 hrs per week, 9:00am& 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a one hour for lunch.
